Donna Neely, CPA, MBA
With over 20 years of auditing and tax experience with employee benefit plans, labor unions, homeowner associations and small businesses, Donna Neely has helped hundreds of clients to achieve their business and financials goals.
Donna joined QRGA in 2009 as part of a merger with the firm of Alford & Co., P.C. She had started her career at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG) working in the Private Business Advisory Services section. There she provided auditing and accounting services to publicly and privately-owned companies including manufacturers, wholesale distributors, law firms, not-for-profit organizations, and start-up high tech companies. Donna also worked as a controller/treasurer for a publicly traded multi-company operation with subsidiaries involved in human services, retailing and franchising.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, where she serves as the co-chairperson of the ERISA Accounting and Auditing Committee. Donna also performs peer reviews related to audits of employee benefit plans.
She previously served as a money management monitor for HESSCO Elder Services and now serves on the advisory council for BayPath Elder Services. In addition, Donna is a member of the Foxborough Founders' Day Committee.
Donna graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance, and also earned an MBA with a concentration in accounting.
